Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery — South Africa Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@avensi.co.za with your order number and photos (if applicable).
